The box contains 10 center formwork support, corner formwork support must be purchased separately. 

Each formwork support must be used with 2 AnkrRise Adapters.

Once the AnkrRise is adjusted to the correct dimensions, insert the anchor rods into the formwork support. Then, screw 2x4 pieces of wood together to assemble the template that will be used in the formwork.
